Refund and Cancellation Policy - September 2024

Refunds and transfers must be requested in writing via email. Please include your full name, member number, and course date(s) and location(s). Please allow 2 business days for your request to be processed. For course transfers AND cancellations, the following penalties will be applied: • More than 2 weeks (>14 days) from the start of the program: o Cancelation / Transfer fee: No fee • Within 2 weeks (14 days) of the start of the program: o Cancelation / Transfer fee: 30% of course fee • Within 1 week (7 days) of the start of the program: o Cancelation / Transfer fee: 50% of course fee • Within 3 days (72 hours) of the start of the program (or no-show on day of course): o Cancelation fee: 100% of course fee (no refund) o No transfers are permitted within this time
